१५ ते १८ वयातील व्यक्तींनी कोरोन प्रतिबंधक लसीसाठी रजिस्ट्रेशन कसे करावे?
How to register for Corona for the
persons in between 15 to 18 ages.
Step 1 : To register yourself on Cowin website go to:

Step 2 : Sign for vaccination by entering your phone number in the given column.
Step 3 : The website will send you an OTP to
verify.
Step 4 : Insert the OTP in the blank space.
Step 5 : Tap on Register for the vaccine. Select
your photo ID proof— it could be your Aadhar Card, Voters ID, Driving License or
Tenth Marksheet
Step 6 : Enter the Photo ID number, select your
name and specify your gender and mention your year of birth.
Step 7 : After filling in all the details, tap on
Register.
Step 8 : Once you do that, you will be asked to
pick your nearest vaccination center.
Step 9 : Click on Book Your Slot.
Step 10 : Select your time slot based on the
availability. You can either chose the morning or noon or afternoon slot.
Step 11 : You will get a message on your
registered number when you successfully book a slot.
Step 12 : Do not forget to carry your Photo ID
like Aadhar to the vaccination center.
Important Instructions:
1) Please carry the registered mobile phone and
the requisite documents, including appointment slip, the Photo ID card used for
registration, Employment Certificate (HCW/FLW) etc. while visiting the
vaccination center, for verification at the time of vaccination.
2) Please arrive at the vaccination center only
15 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid overcrowding.
3) Please follow COVID appropriate behaviour at
the vaccination centers.
a) Wear a mask.
b) Maintain a distance of at least 2 meters from
others.
c) Follow the queue system maintained at the
vaccination centers.
4) Please confirm from the vaccinator if your
details such as name, gender, year of birth, ID card type and ID card number is
correctly recorded in the system.
5) Last 4 digits of your beneficiary reference ID
is your security PIN. Please provide the same to the vaccinator/verifier, when
asked.
6) If you do not receive the confirmation SMS for
vaccination, please do contact the vaccinator/ vaccination center in charge
before leaving the vaccination center.
7) Please check your certificate generated after
successful vaccination recording before leaving the vaccination center. You may
check for certificate by logging in to your account at cowin.gov.in or Arogya
Setu or Digi-locker.
8) Please preserve any other document provided by
the vaccination center with details of vaccination.
9) If for any reason, you are not offered
vaccination despite having a valid appointment, you may lodge a complaint by
calling the COVID-19 helpline 1075.

COVID 19 लसीकरण पूर्ण झाल्याचे प्रमाणपत्र मिळवा-
खालील स्टेप्स वापरा-
1) तुमच्या मोबाईल मध्ये

हा मोबाईल नंबर सेव्ह करा.
2) नंतर या नंबरला whatsapp वरून Certificate असं टाइप करा.
3) आलेला OTP टाका
4) थोड्या वेळात मिळवा तुमचं लसीकरणच सर्टिफिकेट. कितीही वेळा तेही whatsapp वर.

१८ वर्षावरील नागरिकांना लस घेण्यासाठी नोंदणी करता येईल
18 वर्षे आणि वरील नागरिकांनी लससाठी कशी नोंद करावी?
पहिल्या किंवा दुसरा covid vaccine डोस साठी Register करा👇
1. Login on: www.cowin.gov.in
2. Google वर जाऊन cowin.gov.in टाईप करा.
3. Register/ Sign in yourself मध्ये तुमचा मोबाईल नंबर टाईप करा.
4. OTP रजिस्टरड फोननंबर वर येईल तो तेथे टाका व क्लिक करा.
5. Vaccine Registration form भरा..
6. हा फॉर्म भरण्यासाठी आधार कार्ड/ पण कार्ड/ड्रायव्हिंग लायसन्स/ वोटर कार्ड/पासपोर्ट इ. यापैकी एक गोष्टीची माहिती द्यावी लागेल.
7. तुमच्या जन्म वर्षावर तुम्हाला आता लस घेता येईल की नाही ते निश्चित होईल.
8. तुम्ही vaccine साठी Registration केल्या मेसेज मोबाईलवर येईल.
9. Schedule appointment वर क्लिक करा.
10. नंतर पिन कोड टाका.
11. Session निवडा- सकाळचे किंवा दुपारचे.
12. Vaccine center व Date निवडा.
13. Appointment book करुन ती confirm करा.
14. Appointment details चा मेसेज मोबाईलवर येईल.
15. त्यामुळे vaccination center वर vaccine देणे सोपे होईल.
